My work is centered on better defining and creatively interpreting the spiritual aspect of being human.
I am a Spiritual Director and Liberal Religious Educator who helps others explore questions of identity, relationships, mystery and meaning using Dreamwork, the Enneagram, Myers Briggs, Meditation Practices, and Pathways to the Unconscious.
My work began in Unitarian Universalist congregational ministry leading worship, administrating congregational life, and creating formation resources and experiences rooted in wisdom spirituality.
I studied Fine Arts and Humanities with an emphasis on Religious Studies at Hiram College, OH and am a graduate of Haden Institute’s Spiritual Direction and Dreamwork programs. I hold certificates in Applied Jungian Psychology, Spiritual Formation, Depth Coaching, Grief Recovery, and Alternative Death Care.
I am also a published author, program and retreat facilitator and artist. I spent a portion of my career in Conservation Burial as a Burial Steward, Grief Care Provider, Natural Burial Advocate, Funeral Celebrant and Home Funeral Educator.
I live and work in an 150 year old Victorian on the North Coast with my husband and beloved menagerie.
