Once, I too was lost. I navigated through life feeling disconnected, and yearning for a deeper understanding of myself. Years of therapy seemed to provide little solace until I discovered a Spiritual Director who illuminated the path to my own self-discovery. Through this journey, I found the tools to connect with my inner wisdom and create a fulfilled life. Inspired by my own transformation and fueled by the desire to help others, A New EverAfter was born.
At the heart of my work lies a deep passion for exploring the spiritual aspect of human existence. As your guide, I help you dive into questions around who you are, your relationships, and the mysteries and meaning of life. Together, we uncover insights through the exploration of dreams, timeless stories, and creative expression.
My role is to provide a safe place for you to delve into your feelings, enhance self-awareness, and build the resilience you need to conquer life’s challenges. I approach our journey together with sensitivity, patience, and acceptance, fostering a collaborative process designed to meet your needs.
My path to guiding others began in Unitarian Universalist congregational ministry leading worship, administrating congregational life, and creating formation resources and experiences rooted in wisdom spirituality.
I studied Fine Arts and Humanities with an emphasis on Religious Studies at Hiram College, OH and am a graduate of Haden Institute’s Spiritual Direction and Dreamwork programs.
I hold certificates in Applied Jungian Psychology, Spiritual Formation, Spiritual Direction Supervision, Archetypal Astrology, Depth Coaching, Grief Recovery, and Alternative Death Care.
No matter what you’re going through – grief, past spiritual trauma, anxiety, depression or other life challenges, I specialize in supporting individuals who seek not only understanding and support but also a deeper exploration of their spiritual experience.
Beyond my work as a Spiritual Director, I am a published writer, program and retreat facilitator and artist. I have been a student of Tarot since the age of fifteen and am an Evidential Medium formally-trained under the world-renowned medium Mavis Pittilla.
Part of my career journey led me into Conservation Burial as a Burial Steward, Grief Care Provider, Natural Burial Advocate, Funeral Celebrant and Home Funeral Educator. I bring this compassionate care into the trauma-informed spiritual companionship that I do today.
I live and work in an 150-year-old Eastlake Victorian on the National Register of Historic Places with my husband and beloved menagerie.
